Order
You may order any products available at our website, and we will do our best to make deliveries on the specified time and date you select delivered to your home or office. You shall review your order carefully before placing it, we shall not be held responsible for any failure to do so or changes after the order is made to the time, delivery address or items.

Order Processing 
After you have submitted the order and made the payment, your order will be at the “Pending Status”. Any confirmation page that you may see on the website merely indicates that your order has been received, and does not necessarily mean that your order is confirmed. Your order is only confirmed upon receipt of our order confirmation e-mail.

We may however, in our sole discretion, choose to not process or to cancel your orders in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, unavailability of any ingredients required for your order, out of our delivery coverage, weather conditions or in other unforeseen circumstances. You will not be charged for that particular order or will be refunded the payment for that order.

In the event of unavailability of any ingredients required for your order, we may substitute the unavailable ingredient with another similar ingredient of equal value. We endeavour to process all orders and to communicate any unavailability and substitutes promptly. You will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable if we are unable to fulfill your order or the substitute for the unavailable ingredient.

Variation to the Order

Once you have submitted your order, you are not allowed to change your order, delivery address, delivery time slot or items nor will you be entitled to a refund. If you wish to change your order, you may try to contact us. Please note that your request may be declined if we have already started processing your order. We shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfill your request.

 

Cancellation and Reschedule Policy.

You are not allowed to cancel or reschedule any same day order once you have made the payment. For pre orders, cancellation or reschedule is allowed to be made by 2PM, 1 day before serving date.

Refund Policy

We will refund the payment to you if we have rejected your order. Please allow 10 - 14 working days for us to process your refund. You acknowledge and agree we will not be responsible or liable to you in relation to delay caused by your bank or card issuer in the release of funds back into your account.

We endeavour to provide accurate description of the products and/or services offered on the website. However, we do not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of the information and materials found on the website. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of all information and materials found on the website.

Our food may contain ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. If you are concerned with food allergies, you should confirm with us directly before you placed order.

Delivery and Collection

We will deliver your order to the delivery address chosen on the specified time and date selected by you. We endeavour to deliver your order to you within on the time slot selected, however it may be occasionally delayed due to traffic flow, weather conditions, unforeseen incidences or force majeure event, and we shall not be held liable for delay or failure to deliver.

We only deliver orders to places within our listed location. Please refer to our delivery information page for the delivery coverage area which will be updated on our website from time to time. 

 

Please note that we only deliver the food to the building lobby or entrance. You are responsible to be available for self-collection from the building lobby or entrance at the time of delivery and ensure adequate arrangement is made.  In any event where we are unable to reach you, we will attempt to contact you at the phone number given. The order shall be deemed delivered if there is no answer for more than 3 times and you will be liable for its payment in full as if you had received the order.

Please note that delivery will be affected by bad weather or unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rain, storm, accidents or others. You will be able to claim for a free item on your next order should your order is late for 45 minutes from the initial scheduled delivery time.

Pricing

Prices quoted in our menu on our website is exclusive of delivery costs.

Payment Method 

Payment for orders must be made by credit card/ debit card on via online bank transfer through the website.

Accounts and Registration

You are required to provide certain information or to register for an account, and information required includes your name, email address, credit card number, phone number and delivery address when ordering through our website. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate your account without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.

Use of Information

You authorize us to use, store or otherwise process your personal information in order to provide the delivery of the order to you and for marketing and credit control purposes, including but not limited to calling the provided number for promotional purposes. This may also include the disclosure of your personal information to selected third parties from time to time where we believe that the services offered by such third parties may be of interest to you or where this is required by law or in order to facilitate the delivery of the order to you.

Capacity and Age of Majority

By using this website, you warrant that you are legally capable and at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. 

 

Limitation of Liabilities

You acknowledge that the use of the website is at your own risk and in no circumstances, shall we be liable for any loss suffered by you from the use of, or inability to use the website (including but not limited to any viruses, bugs or any other errors or defects or failures in computer transmissions or network communications). All express or implied warranties or representations are excluded to the maximum extent permitted according to the applicable law.

Disclaimer and Indemnity 

We disclaim any and all liability to you for the supply of the delivery and products to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws unless the loss or damage is due to our wilful misconduct, or gross negligence. This however shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable laws. In the event that we are found liable for any loss or damage, such liability is limited to the amount that you have paid for the relevant products. We shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special damage, howsoever arising.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any use of the website, or as a result of violation of this Terms and Conditions by you or through use of your account.

Intellectual Property 

All the material available (including but not limited to, the recipe, design, layout, look, text, appearance and graphics) are owned by us and must not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

Entire Agreement

The Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, any order form and payment instructions constitute the entire agreement between you and us. No other terms whether expressed or implied shall form part of this agreement.

Variation of Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right at our sole discretion to vary, modify and make changes to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy from time to time, and any such variations shall become effective once posted on the website. You agree that the continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed deleted without affecting or impairing the remainder of the Terms and Conditions which shall continue to be in force.

Assignment

We may subcontract any part or parts of the services or products that we provide to you from time to time and we may assign or change any part or parts of our rights under these Terms and Conditions without your consent or any requirement to notify you. Force Majeure
In the event if we are prevented or delayed in the performance of any or all of our obligations under this Agreement due to an event of force majeure, then we shall be excused such performance, as the case may be, of its said obligations and we shall not be liable to you (whether in damages or otherwise) for such non-performance or delay in performance.

"Force majeure" means any event which is beyond our control, and includes exceptional weather conditions, floods, droughts, storms, lightning, high winds, typhoons, earthquakes, natural disasters, acts of God, aircrafts or aerial objects, explosion, fire, war, hostilities, insurgencies, terrorisms, civil commotions, riots, strikes or lock-outs on a city or industrial scale, industrial disputes, industrial actions by workmen, shortage of labour, goods, food or materials, breakdown of machinery or tools or systems; and acts or regulations of government and political interferences with the usual operations of us.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of Malaysia, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law.

No Waiver

No delay or failure on our part to enforce our rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall impair any such right, power, privilege or remedy or be construed as a waiver thereof.
