We offer a variety of healthy meals with gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian & vegan options to suit your daily needs. We change our menu from time to time to meet new and changing needs. You can view the latest one at our order page.
IS YOUR FOOD HALAL?
We used only the ingredients from certified halal suppliers.
HOW LONG WILL MY MEAL KEEP FOR?
We prepare our meals fresh every day so they are best consumed within 2 hours of delivery.
CAN YOU CATER TO SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place the order through our website following the steps as directed on our order page.
HOW DO I KNOW WHETHER MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you signed up with. All delivery details (e.g. delivery timing, address), fees and charges on your order confirmation are assumed to be accurate. If there are any discrepancies, let us know within 5 minutes of receiving your order confirmation via email and we will do our best to fix it.
WHEN CAN I ORDER?
You can place an order any time at our website. However, the delivery dates and timing slots differ depending on the date and time of order. We would recommend you to place your order a day before as last minute order may be rejected due to fully booked delivery slots.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL / RESCHEDULE MY ORDER?
For same day order, cancellation/reschedule is not allowed.
For pre-orders, cancellation/ reschedule is allowed to be made by 2PM, 1 day before serving date.
CAN I CHANGE THE LOCATION OF MY DELIVERY?
Please contact us and we will do our best to change your delivery address for you, you are liable for the additional cost incurred due to the change of address.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
Currently, we only delivered to parts of Klang Valley. Please check our coverage area here.
For the address outside our coverage area, please email us at email@example.com or WhatsApp us at 017-6905141 for further enquiry.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY FEES AND SURCHARGES?

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY HOURS?
Your food will be delivered between 11am to 1pm. For weekdays only, except weekend and public holidays.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY IS DELAYED?
Delivery will be affected by bad weather or unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rain, storm, accidents or others. You will be able to claim for a free item on your next order should your order is late for 45 minutes from the initial scheduled delivery time.
DO YOU DO BULK OR CATERING ORDERS?
Yes, we do for occasions like party, seminar, corporate event and etc.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BULK/ CATERING ORDER?
Cancellations need to be made at least 3 working days before the event. Cancellations made with less than 3 working days’ notice will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
