  ANY SYMPTOMS?

You may experience some symptoms during the cleansing, particularly if you are having bad eating habits before you started the cleanse. Some of the common symptoms are:-

  • headache 

  • hunger pangs / intense cravings

  • dizziness and feeling lightheaded

  • poor mental focus

  • skin issues

  • emotional discomfort

  • fatigue and disrupted sleep patterns

It is normal to experience symptoms due to the change of normal daily routine and ditched of bad habits like drinking caffeine /alcohol or eating sugars / processed food. The symptoms are temporary and you will feel better than ever after the cleansing.

However, please stop your cleanse immediately if severe symptoms occur.

People who are elderly or frail, growing adolescents and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding need more nutrients than these fasts provide.

People who having kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and other conditions, just undergo surgery or in any medications, is not recommended to do cleanse. Please consult doctor beforehand.

  When do i need to cleanse?

  WHAT TO BE AVOIDED IF I WANT    TO CLEANSE?  

Processed food, caffeine, alcohol and sugary drinks , tobacco are to be cut off during the cleanse. The intention of cleansing is to give the detox organs—the liver, skin, lungs, and gut—a chance to catch up and recover.

  HOW MANY DAYS SHOULD A          CLEANSE LAST?  

This is optional. If you are new to cleansing, you may start with whole food and juice cleansing before opting in pure juice cleansing. It is advisable to start with shorter period and challenge yourself with a longer cleanse thereafter.  

  HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO            CLEANSE?

We suggest that you cleanse once every quarter year. Or else, you may do the cleansing before or after a holiday, long weekend, vacation or whenever you feel sluggish and depressed. Cleansing help to strengthen your immune system and keep you on track.

  what to do if i am hungry ?

It is normal that you will feel hungry during the cleansing. This hunger is  more likely to be due to your eating routine as opposed to a genuine need for food - especially since you’ve grown accustomed to eating solid food every few hours over your lifetime. 

 

Listen to your body, if you are really struggling to fight off your cravings for a snack, try reaching for clean, green and raw food, for example, cucumber spears or celery.
